Bar BAUT – Takeaway
After a tour through Amsterdam for many years, BAUT found its final destination close to where it all started: near the Olympic stadium. In the past years I have visited several locations, so I could not wait to try their takeaway and to see their permanent restaurant.
BAUT offers separate dishes that are also on the menu in their restaurant and a three course selection thereof for €32,50. BAUT is approachable and serves dishes that can be shared with a great quality and nice comforting flavors. So it’s actually suitable for every fun occasion!
We tried both the regular menu and the vegetarian one and both were simply delicious. I also had a look at the other dishes and we came to the conclusion that we have to go to BAUT to also try the other dishes. There are still many nice options to explore 🙈 haha.
They look and taste delicious, if you ask me:
•Ceviche of redfish with mango, coconut and red pepper (this one was so good!)
•Tartare di Carciofo, artichoke, green asparagus, Parmesan and a cream of pine nuts (Sorry mom, for eating more than half of it 🙈)
